Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure all tags and labels remain attached to the item. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return conditions. Upon approval, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The exact processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a gift and would like to return it, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit to the original purchaser.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions may require additional processing time. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact our customer service team with your order number and payment details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues.
